How to Enter

Enter any eligible Missouri Lottery Scratchers or Draw Games ticket for entry into eligible second-chance drawings. You can also earn progress toward Rewards for Draw Points, Prize Points and Instant-Win Lottery coupons. Enter only one ticket at a time before clicking submit. NYL Extended Play. Enter any Scratch-Off Game for your chance to win a $50 gift card daily prize. Enter Extended Play Scratch-Off Game tickets to be entered into the Daily, Monthly and Mystery promotion drawings.

1. Collect at least $5 worth of eligible non-winning Wisconsin Lottery scratch and/or lotto tickets for which the prize claim period has not expired. Check the instant tickets that are expiring.

   • Scratch tickets are valid for 180 days from the game end.

   • Lotto tickets are valid for 180 days from the draw date.

2. On at least one ticket, place your full name, address, and phone number. Each entry should clearly state one person's name and address. Mailing labels are acceptable.

3. Put at least $5 worth of eligible tickets in on envelope no larger than 4.5 inches by 9.5 inches.

5. Tickets exceeding $5 qualify as a single entry.

   • Example: One $10 ticket would be mailed in a single envelope for one entry.

6. One envelope equals one entry and is valid for a single drawing.

7. Players may enter as many envelopes containing at least $5 worth of eligible tickets as they choose, but each envelope must be mailed separately. Players may not win more than once in the same drawing.

8. Every Thursday, 10 eligible winners are drawn. Each of the 10 winners will received $1,000.* Entries not selected are destroyed weekly.

10. Winners are posted weekly at wilottery.com and notified via the mail.
